Indusfood 2025 will behosting 2,300 exhibitors from over 30 countries with exhibition space of over 120,000 sq. m. in this edition.
The integrated trade fair will host over 7,500 international buyers and 15,000 Indian buyers/trade visitors,who are expected to be present during the show.
The event format of Indusfood 2025, with these three concurrent trade fairs, has been meticulously designed to foster seamless cross-domain synergies across the farm-to-fork value chain.

Madhya Pradesh has launched an innovative scheme called PARTH Yojana (Police Army Recruitment Training & Hunar).
Key points:
The PARTH Yojana, short for Police Army Recruitment Training and Hunar, is a targeted initiative designed to prepare the youth of Madhya Pradesh for recruitment in defense and law enforcement agencies.
Under this scheme, candidates will receive comprehensive pre-recruitment training, which includes physical fitness preparation, written examination coaching (focusing on subjects like general knowledge, mathematics, and English), and personality development guidance.
Training centers will be established at divisional levels, and the entire program will be overseen by district sports and youth welfare officers.
Support will also come from rural youth coordinators and departmental employees.
Objectives:
To prepare its youth both physically and mentally for careers in the Indian Army, police, paramilitary forces, and other such services.
This initiative seeks to foster patriotism, skill development, and employability among the state’s energetic and patriotic youth.

Why in the news?
The15th edition of Aero India - Asia’s biggest aero show - is scheduled to be held at the Air Force Station, Yelahanka in Bengaluru, Karnataka from February 10 to 14, 2025.
Key points:
The five-day event comprises a curtain raiser event, inaugural event, Defence Ministers’ Conclave, CEOs’ Round-Table, iDEX start-up event, breath-taking air shows, a large exhibition area comprising India Pavilion and a trade fair of aerospace companies.
The broadtheme is ‘The Runway to a Billion Opportunities’.
The first three days of the event (February 10th, 11th & 12th) will be business days, while 13th & 14th have been set as public days to allow people to witness the show.
The event will provide a platform for forging partnerships between foreign & Indian firms and the discovery of newer avenues in the global value chain to accelerate the indigenisation process.
