BPSC 69th Notification 2023 issued by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) released for the 69th Bihar Public Service Commission Combined Competitive Examination (BPSC PCS/CCE) on 27th June 2023. This examination is conducted annually by the BPSC to select eligible candidates for positions in the General Administrative Department in the state of Bihar, including posts such as Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Director, Superintendent of Bihar Police, Commerce Tax Officer, Election Officer, Revenue Officer, Welfare Officer, and more.

Educational Qualification

BPSC 69TH EXAM SELECTION PROCESS

The BPSC 69th Combined Competitive Examination will be conducted in three phases:

  • Prelims

  • Mains 

  • Interview. 

Note:- To secure a position through the BPSC 69th Combined Competitive Examination, candidates need to clear both the preliminary and mains exams and perform well in the interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on the candidates' performance in all three stages.

  1. BPSC 69TH PRELIMS EXAMINATION

The BPSC exam pattern for the Preliminary Examination can be summarized as follows:

  • The Preliminary Examination of BPSC is conducted in offline mode, where candidates are provided with an OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) sheet to mark their answers.

  • The questions in the BPSC Prelims are objective in nature, with multiple-choice options provided for each question.

  • 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

  • The BPSC Combined Competitive Prelims Exam consists of a single paper, which is the General Studies (GS) paper.
  • The BPSC Prelims exam carries a total of 150 marks, and the duration of the exam is 2 hours (120 minutes).
