AFCAT ADMIT CARD 1/ 2022

UPDATE:

Admit cards for AFCAT 1/ 2022 can be downloaded through candidate login on the official website https://afcat.cdac.in/ . Candidates are advised to verify the details specially their Name, DoB, Gender, Aadhar Number, Photograph and Signature. 

Admit Cards are also being sent to the candidates on their registered email ID. If the candidate does not receive his/her admit card in registered email id or is not able to download the same from the mentioned website he/ she will be required to contact AFCAT Query Cell at C-DAC, Pune.

Candidates must carry a printed copy of the Admit Card along with mandatory documents to the Exam Centre as per the scheduled date and time, given in the Admit Card.

Examination Date:  12th , 13th & 14th February 2022.

SYLLABUS:

English: Comprehension, Error Detection, Sentence Completion/ Filling in of correct word, Synonyms, Antonyms and Testing of Vocabulary,  Idioms and Phrases. 

General Awareness: History, Geography, Civics, Politics, Current  Affairs, Environment, Basic Science, Defence, Art, Culture, Sports, etc.

 Numerical Ability: Decimal Fraction, Time and Work, Average, Profit &  Loss, Percentage, Ratio & Proportion and Simple Interest, Time & Distance  (Trains/Boats & Streams). 

 Reasoning and Military Aptitude Test: Verbal Skills and Spatial Ability.The standard of Numerical Ability Questions will be of Matriculation level. The standard of questions in other subjects will be of graduation level (Indian University). 

Depending on the latest trend of the examination there is no fixed criterion regarding the number of questions in each section of the examination.  As per the latest trend the following table shows the proximity of different topics in all four sections of the examination—

The Online examination will consist of objective type questions and will be conducted only in English for both AFCAT and EKT .

Marking Scheme :

  • 3 Marks will be awarded for every correct answer.

  • 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

  • No marks will be deducted for unattempted questions.

Questions will be based on the metric system of Weighs & Measures wherever applicable.

Candidates are required to appear in the Online AFCAT Exam in person. Under no circumstances any scribe or another candidate will be allowed to appear/ assist in the exam.  

DOWNLOAD ADMIT CARD:

  • Visit the official AFCAT website –  afcat.cdac.in/AFCAT/

  • Click on the ‘Candidate Login’ Tab given at the top of the homepage

  • Now, Click on ‘AFCAT 01/2022 – CYCLE’ from the drop-down

  • A Candidate’s login page will be opened where you need to enter E-mail ID and Password. Now, click on ‘Login Tab’

  • Download AFCAT 01/2022 Admit Card and take a printout for future use
