Nationality
To be eligible for IBPS Clerk recruitment, candidates must meet the following nationality criteria:
Must be a Citizen of India
Must be a subject of Nepal
Must be a subject of Bhutan
Must be a Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India
Must be a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India
However, candidates falling under categories (ii), (iii), (iv), and (v) above need to possess a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India in their favor.
Age limit:
The age limit for IBPS Clerk recruitment is as follows:
Candidates must be between 20 and 28 years old.
The candidate's date of birth should fall between 02.07.1995 and 01.07.2003 (both dates inclusive).

Educational Qualifications:
To be eligible for IBPS Clerk recruitment, candidates must meet the following educational qualifications:
Degree (Graduation): Candidates must have a Graduation degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate should possess a valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that proves their graduation status on the day of registration. Additionally, the candidate should indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
Computer Literacy: Candidates must have operating and working knowledge of computer systems. This means they should have a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in computer operations/language or should have studied Computer/Information Technology as one of the subjects in their High School/College/Institute.
Proficiency in the Official Language: It is preferable for candidates to have proficiency in the Official Language of the State/Union Territory (UT) for which they are applying for vacancies. This includes the ability to read, write, and speak the Official Language.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE IBPS CLERK APPLICATION FORM?

IBPS CLERK ADMIT CARD

IBPS Clerk Prelims Exam pattern
The Preliminary exam is the initial stage of the selection process.
It consists of three sections: English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability.
The exam is conducted for a total duration of 60 minutes.
The question paper is objective type (multiple-choice questions) with a total of 100 marks.
Each section has a specific number of questions, and the total number of questions is 100.
There is negative marking where a penalty of 0.25 marks is applied for each incorrect answer.
The marks obtained in the Preliminary exam are not considered for the final selection but are used to shortlist candidates for the Main exam.
