Admit Card is the document in which your Examination Date, Examination Centre, Name, Examination Shift, and all the required details are mentioned. (a) Educational Qualification

Candidates must be cleared 10+2 examination from any recognized University.

Candidates must hold a speed of 80 words per minute within the duration of 10 mins. with a transcription time of 50 minutes.

Junior Stenographer/ Hindi

Candidates must be cleared 10+2 examination from any recognized University.

Candidates must hold a speed of 80 words per minute for a duration of 10 mins. with a transcription time of 65 minutes.

Junior Translator/ Hindi

Candidates must have cleared Master’s Degree with Hindi or English/ English or Hindi as a Compulsory Subject or Elective Subject or as a Medium of examination from any recognized University.

                                          Or

Candidates must have cleared Master’s Degree with any Subject + Hindi/ English as a General Elective Subject or as a medium of examination from any recognized University.

Candidates must be a  Diploma/ Certificate  holder in Translation from Hindi to English course and Vice Versa or 2 years experience in the same field.                   

(b) Age

Lower limit for the above-mentioned posts is 18 years and relaxation in age according to the categories is tabulated below:

Junior Stenographer (Hindi/English)

Examination will be consist of 100 Questions. Each wrong answer will lead to a deduction of ⅓ marks. Questions will be in Multiple Choice (MCQs).

Junior Translator Hindi/English

Question Paper will be designed in both languages Hindi and English. 50% Question will be designed to test the proficiency in both languages and remaining will be for General Knowledge,  General Awareness, simple Arithmetic, and Basic of Computer.
