WEST BENGAL POLICE AGRAGAMI OVERVIEW

West Bengal Police has released a notification on its official website to recruit 169 Civil Emergency Force (WBCEF), 117 Water Wing Civil Defence (WWCD), and 652 Civil Defence Organisation . Eligible candidates can apply for West Bengal Police 2022 from 22 February 2021 to 22 March  2021. Candidates need to read the complete article to know more details about this exam. 

Note: West Bengal Police Agragami recruitment notification for the year 2022 is yet to be published by the concerned authority in upcoming months. Once the ongoing recruitment gets completed, a new notification will be released for below mentioned vacancies. 

WEST BENGAL POLICE AGRAGAMI APPLICATION

How To Apply

Candidates can apply online for the examination, in case you are facing any trouble while filling the application form, you can follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official website of the Corporation which is Click Here

  2. Click the “Recruitment” section.   

  3. Now, select the post which you want to apply for the examination.

  4. Now, register yourself with the required details.

  5. Login with your Id and password which were sent to your email address after the registration.

  6. Enter your details carefully and click to proceed.

  7. Upload your required documents in the required format and size.

  8. Pay your application fee according to your category.

  9. Download your application form after the final submission and take a print out.

ADMIT CARD OR HALL TICKET:

Before 10 or 15 days of the examination, your admit card will be updated on the official website of the west bengal police. Some steps are given below which will  help you download your admit card.

  1. Go to the official website i.e. Click Here

  2. Now, click on the exam admit card button.

  3. Now, enter your registration details such as your registration ID or password.

  4. Your admit card appears on the screen.

  5. Now, download your admit card and take the printout of the same for the further process.

(Note: Admit card or hall ticket is the most important document for your examination in which all required details such as your name, date of birth, photo, registration details, name of your center, date of your examination and reporting time of your examination are also mentioned.)

WEST BENGAL POLICE AGRAGAMI ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The Eligibility criteria are set by the board and candidates must meet them to become eligible for the post. The details are given below:

    Educational Qualification

As of 1st January 2021, both male and female candidates should be of ages between 18-40 years.

Relaxations in the upper age limit shall be provided to SC/ST and Other categories candidates as per the West Bengal Government Rules.

The applicant must have passed Madhyamik Examination of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent

Nationality

Candidates must be an Indian citizen with a valid citizenship status issued by the government of India.

WEST BENGAL POLICE AGRAGAMI EXAM PATTERN

The West Bengal Police written exam will be an objective-type based online exam and the examination pattern for the same is as follows:

The exam will be an objective type based online exam.

Each question will carry 1 mark and there shall be negative marking of 1/4.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

Candidates who clear the Physical Standard Test (PST) will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Candidates have to cover a certain distance in a specific time period, details of which are mentioned below:

hill tribes the requirement of swimming may

be relaxed, but they must learn swimming

800 meters run in 200 Seconds.

WEST BENGAL POLICE AGRAGAMI SELECTION

Candidate’s selection process will consist of two stages:

Stage  I - Physical Measurement Test (PMT) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

In this stage, the candidate’s physical fitness & physical measurement will be tested by the board by making them undergo various tasks.

Stage II - Written Examination &  Interview

The final stage of the selection process will be the Online exam of 85 marks and Interview of 15 marks.
