The KPTCL Recruitment 2022 notice for the total number of 1492 vacancies have been posted on the official website of Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL) on 24 January 2022. This recruitment drive is for the selection of eligible candidates for the positions of Junior Engineer (JE), Assistant Engineer (AE), and Junior Assistant (JA). The interested candidates can apply for these positions from 7th February 2022 and the deadline for the application is 7th March 2022, the candidates must apply within the time limit to be able to take advantage of this requirement drive.

• Navigate to the link Recruitment and download the notification.

• Now, only the eligible candidate should click on the KPTCL AE, JE, JA Recruitment 2022 link.

• Provide all the essential information such as your Name, Educational Qualification, Valid and Active Email address, and Mobile Number. This way you can create your login id and password.

• Fill out the KPTCL Engineer Recruitment 2022 Application Form and provide educational data, submit needed documents according to the post you are applying for and lastly pay the application fees.

• Click on the Submit after checking the details you filled in the application.

• Save your login information and print the application form for future reference.

Admit Card

The KPTCL will soon release admit card for the KPTCL Recruitment 2022 on their official website. The tentative exam date is in April/May 2022. Admit card is the mandatory document, the candidate will be able to download it from the website after the date of exam is announced by the KPTCL by logging in with their credentials, i.e. registration number and password.

KPTCL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Age Limit: 

It is essential that the candidate must fulfil the age criteria as per the Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited to apply for all the posts. The minimum age for the KPTCL Recruitment 2022  should be 18 years and the upper age limit is 35 years as on the last date fixed for the receipt of application.

Qualification: 

Candidates from a recognized institution and with an engineering degree in a relevant discipline are eligible to apply for various posts offered by KPTCL. The detailed post-wise educational qualifications are mentioned in the table below:

KPTCL EXAM PATTERN

The pattern of the aptitude test is as follows:

Candidates should have passed the 10th standard with Kannada as 1st or 2nd language if they are applying for the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical), Assistant Engineer (Electrical or Civil). 

NOTE:

If the candidate has not studied the Kannada language, he/she must appear in the Kannada Language Test of 150 marks conducted only in Bangaluru before the Aptitude test.

KPTCL SELECTION

The selection process for registered and qualified candidates will comprise of two steps, i.e. written exam and a personal interview. Candidates only those who pass the written exam will be considered for the interview phase.
