Candidates must be Indian citizens or subjects of Nepal and Bhutan. Refugees of Tibetan origin can also apply for the same. Those who have migrated here to be permanent citizens of India can also apply for this RSMSSB examination.

Age Limit

Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years of age. Relaxation in age is provided as per government rules, as outlined below:

Educational Qualification

1. Candidates must be qualified from any one of the following:

• Candidates must have graduated in Mathematics /Statistics or Economics from any recognised university. 

• Candidates must hold a “O” level or higher level certificate from D.O.E.A.C.C 

• Candidates must hold a certificate of computer from N.I.E.L.I.T.

• Candidates must have a degree or diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Application.

• Candidates must hold a degree or Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Application with Senior Secondary Certificate.

• Candidates must hold a diploma of Computer Science or Technician from any Polytechnic Institute.

2. Candidates must have a knowledge of Hindi Script (Devanagari) and the culture of Rajasthan.
