1. Educational Qualification

The applicant must possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) in mechanic cum operator electronic communication system with word processing on computer OR have finished class XII with science and math.

2. Age

The candidate should be between the age of 18 and 27 years.

The exam will be conducted in CBT mode and there is no negative marking. Each right answer will be rewarded with 1 mark. The questions will be asked both in Hindi & English language. The pattern for the same is as follows:-

Physical Endurance Test (PET):

The candidate's physical fitness will be evaluated in addition to their performance on the written exam. The related information is as follows:

Trade Test

Once the applicant passes the physical endurance and measurement tests, a trade test will be required to clear. To assess the applicant's capacity to send and receive communications, it comprises (Reading & Dictation). The candidates will take this test in groups and will be given reading and dictation assignments in both Hindi and English. Those who transcribe in Hindi or English with more than 50% errors will be dismissed. The applicant will be given a passage to read in both Hindi and English language during the reading test.
