UPPSC PROGRAMMER GRADE II OVERVIEW

Necessary information about UPPSC recruitment exam:

UPPSC PROGRAMMER GRADE II APPLICATION FORM:

All the candidates need to visit the official websiteClick Here

of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission to apply for the post.

Go to the home page and click on the ‘Apply Online’ option under the ‘Career’ column.

Now fill the application and upload all necessary documents.

Make sure to fill all the details carefully. You cannot alter your application after fee payment.

After filling all the details click on the Submit button and pay your application fee based on your category.

Afterwards click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete your application process.

UPPSC PROGRAMMER GRADE II ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

(A) Age: Minimum: 21 years.

Maximum: 40 years.

The relaxation in Upper Age Limit is given below: 

(a) Upper age limit shall be greater by five years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes of U.P., Scheduled Castes of U.P., Other Backward Classes of U.P., Skilled players of U.P. of classified Games, State Govt. employees of U.P. including the teachers/Staff of Basic Shiksha Parishad of U.P. and teachers/Staff of the Govt. Aided Madhyamik Vidyalaya of U.P. i.e. they must have been born after 2nd July 1976.

 (b) Upper age limit shall also be greater by 3 years + period of service rendered in army for the Emergency Commissioned Officers/Short Service Commissioned Officers/Ex-Army Personnel of U.P

(B) Educational Qualification:

(C) Nationality/ Citizenship:   

A candidate must be either   

i) A Citizen of India or   

ii) A subject of Nepal or 

iii) A subject of Bhutan

iv) A Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.

For programmer Grade 2

Computer Application Includes following

OS: Windows/Unix Commands & Tools

Programming Language: C, C++, and Java

Scripting Languages: Java Script, Perl etc.

DATA BASE: Basic Concepts, Queries, Transact

DBMS Packages: MS Access, ORACLE, MYSQL, and SQL

Serve

WEB SERVER: Deployment and knowledge of PHP,

(APACHE IIS) ASP, NET

NETWORK: Internet working, Internet Socket

Programming skills.

Web Content Development: HTML/XML exposure

Document Preparation: Working knowledge of Office Suite.

For Operator Grade B

Computer system and application include following

OS: Working knowledge with essential Commands of Windows/Unix.

Programming Languages: Programming skills in C and C++ or JAVA Document Preparation: Office Suites Deep exposure.

DBMS Packages: Data Entry skills in different DBMS packages like ORACLE, MS Access, MYSQL etc.

Internet: Web Page and Web Server Management.

For Manager

Computer Application Includes following

Computer Fundamental: Computer Fundamentals and computer organization.

Programming Logic and Data Structure: Programming Logic 'C' assignment, loops and function/procedure calling,

Data Structure implementation using 'C' involving list handling (sorting and searching) stacks, graph and queues binary tree,.

Data Base: Foundations of Database Management system involving query writing and fetching results table creation, transaction processing etc.

OS: Foundations of Operating Systems involving familiarity with Windows and Linux systems for coding, spreadsheet management, document creation browsing etc.

Network: Foundations of Computer Networks & Communication involving making systems ready for internet activity like IP setting, proxy setting, Wi-Fi setting, usage and installation of Networking devices (both active and passive).

Web Technology: knowledge of XML/HTML for web page creation, web portal management.    

MIS: Understanding of Management information System and e- commerce involving e-tendering and net banking etc.

User Data Management: Understanding of Python.

Document Preparation: Working Knowledge of Office Suite.

UPPSC PROGRAMMER GRADE II SELECTION PROCESS

After taking the written test the candidates who pass the online exam  would be called for the Interview Section.

A final result will come after that.

UPPSC PROGRAMMER GRADE II POST

Vacancies:

The number of vacancies for the given posts will be updated after the declaration of official notification.

UPPSC PROGRAMMER GRADE II SALARY

Pay for the Programmer Grade 2 post is ₹ 9,300 – 34,800. Grade pay 4,600/- Matrix Level 7.

Pay for the Computer Operator Grade B post is ₹ 5,200 – 20,200. Grade pay 2,800/- Matrix Level 5.

Pay for the manager post is ₹ 15600- 39100. Grade pay 5400/-

The other benefits are also applicable such as DA, Lease rental/HRA, CCA, Medical and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.

UPPSC PROGRAMMER GRADE II CUT OFF

The cut-off list will be announced within a few months after the exam. Deadlines are prepared based on candidates' scores, number of positions, and many other factors.

The final result will come after  completion of the online test and interview round.
