ALLAHABAD HC LAW CLERK RECRUITMENT 2023:

Allahabad High Court Law Clerks (Trainee) notification 2023 is issued by the Allahabad High Court. Online Applications are invited from all eligible candidates for the post of ''Law Clerk (Trainee)'' in the establishment of the High Court, Allahabad. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the same by visiting the official website of the Allahabad HC from 6th March 2023 to 21st March 2023 Till 11.59 P.M.

Through this recruitment drive, 32 vacant seats for the post of Law Clerk (Trainee) are going to be filled. The engagement will be on a strictly short-term contractual basis for the duration of one year, with the possibility of being extended for another year if his/her performance is found to be satisfactory to the Hon'ble Judge to whom he/she is attached. The term, however, may be changed or terminated at any time and without notice.

ALLAHABAD HC LAW CLERKS ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 2023:

Age Limit

The Candidates' minimum age as of July 1, 2022, must be 21 years old, and no older than 26 years.

Educational Qualification

Three Years’ Professional/Five Years Integrated Degree in Law from any Law College or recognized University throughout the country.
Applications shall be accepted from such 'Law Graduates' who have not started practising as an advocate nor are engaged in any other profession or vocation/service.
Candidates who have appeared in LL.B. (Final Year) Examination and are awaiting results may also apply. Only those Law Graduates who have scored not less than 55% marks in their LL.B. examination are eligible to apply for the post of Law Clerks (Trainee). They shall be required to submit their final year mark sheet of the LL.B. Examination at the time of the interview, which may be held in the month of April 2023.
Computer knowledge, i.e., Data Entry, Word Processing, and Computer Operations.

Now, click on the registration tab and fill out your credentials to register yourself.
After the successful registration login by using your login credentials which will be sent to your email address after registration.
Now, upload your documents in the required size and preview the submitted data. Check the declaration and submit.
Afterwards, pay the application fee and take a print out of the final submission.

Each candidate must pay a Rs. 300 application fee as well as any applicable bank fees in order to submit an online application. Only online payments will be accepted.
