APSFC Assistant Manager 2023 notification has been issued by the Andhra Pradesh State Financial Corporation (APSFC) for the recruitment of Assistant Managers on a contract basis in the Andhra Division of APSFC, Vijayawada. A total of 20 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment drive. Age Limit

Candidates applying for the Assistant Manager positions in APSFC should ensure that their age falls between 21 and 30 years. However, there are certain relaxations in age criteria for specific categories, as mentioned in the table below:

Educational Qualification 

The eligibility criteria for educational qualifications and experience for the Assistant Manager positions in APSFC are as follows:

i) Educational Qualifications: All candidates must have completed their Graduation and/or Post Graduation from an institution that offers full-time courses and is accredited by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) or recognized by UGC (University Grants Commission), wherever applicable.

ii) Experience: For positions where experience is deemed essential or desirable, candidates should have acquired post-qualification experience on a full-time basis. This means that the experience should be gained after the completion of the required educational qualifications.

APSFC AM APPLICATION PROCESS 2023:

• Visit the official website of the APSFC. 

• On the homepage, you will get the Career tab where you will find a link to “Notification for recruitment of Assistant Managers [ON CONTRACT BASIS]”.

• After clicking on the link, a new screen will appear where you have to register yourself by entering your credentials. 

• Once you have registered, your login credentials will be sent to your registered email address. 

• Now, login and fill out the application form. Upload the required documents in the needed format and size. 

• Pay the application fee to complete the application process. Take a printout of the same for future reference. 

Application Fee 

The application fee for the Assistant Manager positions in APSFC is categorized as follows:

1. The application fee is non-refundable.

2. Bank transaction charges for online payment of fees/intimation charges will be borne by the candidate. These charges are in addition to the application fee mentioned in the table above.

3. The mentioned fee/intimation charges exclude the transaction charges payable to the Union Bank of India, Auto Nagar, Vijayawada.

4. Candidates are required to pay the application fee through online mode only.

APSFC ASSISTANT MANAGER 2023 SELECTION PROCESS:

The selection process for the Assistant Manager positions in APSFC will consist of two stages:-

1. Online Test: Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be required to appear for an Online test. The test will assess their knowledge and skills in relevant subjects and job-related areas. 

2. Interview: Candidates who successfully clear the Online test will be shortlisted for the interview round. The interview will assess the candidate's suitability for the Assistant Manager position based on their knowledge, experience, communication skills, and overall personality. 

APSFC AM EXAM PATTERN 2023:

• The Online test will be conducted in English. 

• There shall be a Negative Marking for wrong answers in the online examination

• There will be 70 objective-type questions in Professional Knowledge with 2 marks for each question and 15 objective-type questions with 1 mark each for others. 

• The time allotted for attempting the questions will be 120 minutes.

The online examination for the Assistant Manager positions in APSFC will be conducted at the following centres:

For the Assistant Manager positions in APSFC, candidates selected on a fixed-term contract basis will be eligible for a consolidated pay of Rs. 35,000/- per month. This pay amount is fixed and will be provided for the duration of the contract, which is 36 months.
