APSO JI & PRO RECRUITMENT 2023:

APSC Junior lnformation & Public Relations Officer Notification 2023 has been issued by the Assam Public Service Commission on 3rd June 2023. Online applications are invited from Indian Citizens. APSC JUNIOR INFORMATION & PRO ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 2023:

Age Limit

i. The minimum age for candidates should be 21 years and the maximum age should be 38 years as of January 1, 2023.

ii. The upper age limit is relaxable as follows: 

a) SC/STP/STH candidates are eligible for a relaxation of 5 years, making the maximum age limit 43 years. 

b) OBC/BC candidates are eligible for a relaxation of 3 years, making the maximum age limit 41 years.

Educational Qualification 

1. Candidates must have a graduate degree in Science/Arts/Commerce from a recognized university. Professional/Technical degrees are also acceptable.

2. Candidates should have a degree/diploma in Journalism or Mass Communication from a UGC-recognized institute, OR a minimum of three years of experience in Journalism in a responsible capacity in a Newspaper, News/Public Relations Organization, or Government Public Relations Department.

3. Candidates must possess a good command of the English language.

4. Candidates should have knowledge of Assamese or any other regional language or the local language of the state.

5. Candidates must have knowledge of Computer Applications. They should possess a minimum of six months' Diploma/Certificate in computer proficiency from a government-recognized institute. Please upload the relevant mark sheet/certificate reflecting the subjects.

APSC JUNIOR INFORMATION & PRO APPLICATION PROCESS 2023:

1. Visit the official website of the APSC.

2. Look for a section or link on the homepage that says "Online Recruitment Portal" and click on it.

3. Within the recruitment portal, locate the section or link specifically related to Junior Information and PRO posts.

4. Click on the "Apply Here" button or link corresponding to the desired position.

5. If you're a new user, you will likely need to register for an account on the website. Look for a "Register" or "Sign Up" option and provide the necessary information to create your account. If you're already a registered user, you may need to log in using your credentials.

6. Once you're logged in, you will be directed to the online application form. Fill in all the required details accurately, including personal information, educational qualifications, work experience, etc.

7. Prepare the required documents, such as your educational certificates, identification proof, etc., and upload them as instructed. Ensure that the documents meet the specified file size and format requirements.

8. Now pay the application fee using the available online payment options. Follow the instructions provided to complete the payment process.
