The BHEL has issued a job advertisement for 150 Engineer and Executive Trainee positions.

Engineer Trainee in (Civil/ Mechanical/ IT Electrical/ Chemical/ Metallurgy)	Candidates must have a full-time bachelor's degree in engineering or technology or a five-year integrated master's degree. a bachelor's degree or a dual degree programme in Engineering and technology in the fields of Civil, mechanical, information technology, electrical, or chemical engineering or Metallurgy Engineering from a recognised university Indian Institute/University*
Executive Trainee in (Finance)	Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognised Indian university* with the Cost and Works or Qualified Chartered Accountants from reputed Indian institutions
Executive Trainee in (HR)	Candidates must possess a Full time regular Bachelor’s degree from a a recognised Indian University* with an overall grade point average of at least 60% with two years of regular, full-time postgraduate study degree or certification in human resources Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or a recognised MBA or Social Work a university or institute having a minimum of 55% in sum of all years/ semesters. Candidates with a Social Work degree or an MBA should having taken an elective or specialisation in personnel In the final year, management, labour welfare, and HRM.

Now on the homepage you hav to click on recruitment section.
In the recruitment section, you will get a link of current job opening.
After clicking on the link, a new screen will appear where you will get candidate login in the Recruitment of ENGINEER/EXECUTIVE TRAINEES - 2022.
Now you have to login with your required credentials and fill out the application form with uploading of the required documents.
In the end read your application form again carefully and pay your application fee.
Take a print out of your final submission for future reference.

SELECTION PROCESS:

Candidates will have to appear for a Computer Based Examination which is based on the Examination Marks and requirement, candidates will be shortlisted for Interview in order of merit in the ratio of 1:5 to the number of vacancies in each discipline and Category. Physically Challenged candidates will be accorded upto 25% relaxation below the cut-off marks in their respective categories for being shortlisted for interview.
