Bank Of India Probationary Officers recruitment 2023 notification issued on 1st February 2023. Bank of India, a leading Public Sector Bank with having Head Office in Mumbai, invites applications for the recruitment of Officers, interested and eligible candidates can apply for the recruitment of Probationary Officers examination by visiting the official website of the Bank of India. The application link for the same will be activated from the 11th of February to the 25th of February 2023.

A candidate must be either -
(i) a Citizen of India or
(ii) a subject of Nepal or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan or
(iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

After clicking on the link, a new screen will appear where you have to fill out your credentials carefully to complete the registration process.
Your login credentials will be sent to your registered email ID.
Login and fill out your application form carefully.
Upload the required documents in the needed format.
After filling out the application form pay the required application fee should be submitted online by 25th February 2023

Selection for the same will be done on the basis of the below-mentioned steps:-
Examination will be conducted online. The Test of English Language and English Descriptive paper will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi. The test of English Language and English Descriptive Paper will be of qualifying nature i.e. Marks obtained in English Language and English Descriptive Paper will not be added while preparing the merit List.
There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
Minimum qualifying marks will be 40% for the General/EWS category. Candidates belonging to the Category SC/ST/OBC/PWD, filling in vacancies reserved for the relevant category, will be entitled to a relaxation of 5% marks in relation to that stipulated for General/EWS category candidates. Bank may at its discretion change the minimum qualifying marks.
Bank will conduct personal interviews of all the selected candidates. The total marks allotted for the Interview will be 60. Minimum qualifying marks will be 40% for General/EWS category candidates and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD category candidates.
Group Discussion will be conducted for the candidates selected through the online test at some selected centres. Total marks allotted for Group Discussion will be 40. Minimum qualifying marks will be 40% for General/EWS category candidates and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD category candidates.
