BPSC HEAD TEACHER RECRUITMENT 2022 FOR 40506 AVAILABLE POSITIONS

BPSC HEAD TEACHER OVERVIEW:

Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has invited online applications for 40,000+ Headteacher Vacancies in Primary Schools under the Education Department of the Government of Bihar. Eligible candidates can apply for the vacancies by visiting the official website of BPSC i.e. Online BPSC starting from  March 28.

The application deadline is April 24, 2022. The recruitment drive is being carried out to fill a total of 40506 vacancies, with 13761 of the positions reserved for female candidates.

BPSC HEAD TEACHER APPLICATION:

Application Process:

• Go to the BPSC's official website: Online BPSC

• Go to the recruitment page and look for job openings.

• Alternatively, you can use the given link: BPSC Online Application which will redirect  you to the application page.  

• Fill the application form and upload the required documents in specified form and size.

• Pay the application fee and submit your application.

• Take a print out of the submitted application form for your future reference.

Application Fees

• Candidates from the Unreserved/General category must pay a fee of Rs 750

Candidates from the SC/ST/Female Candidates/PwD category must pay a fee of Rs 200.

BPSC HEAD TEACHER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Nationality: Applicant must be a Citizen of India and resident of the State of Bihar.

Age Limit: Applicants must not be older than 60 years as on August 1, 2021.

Educational Qualification:

To be eligible to apply for this post, candidates must have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50 percent marks. 

Note:

• Candidates belonging to SC/ST/EBC/BC/Differently able/female and EWS will be given a 5% relaxation in the minimum prescribed marks.

• Candidate should be qualified in the ‘Teacher Eligibility Test (TET)’ conducted for teachers appointed on or after 2012

• Degrees of 'Aalim' from Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic & Persian University, Patna/Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, and Shastri from Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University will be considered equivalent to graduation. Applicants must hold a D.El.Ed/B.T/B.Ed/B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed/B.L.Ed.

Work Experience: 

• A minimum of eight years of regular service as a basic grade teacher of Panchayat Elementary Teacher/Urban Elementary Teacher in Panchayat Raj Institutions and rurban Local Body Institutions is required

• Graduate teachers from Panchayati Raj Institutions or Urban Bodies whose services have been confirmed

BPSC HEAD TEACHER EXAM PATTERN:

• Each incorrect answer will be awarded with 0.25 negative marks.

• No interview for this post is to be carried out.
