DSSSB PGT ECO FEMALE RECRUITMENT 2022:

The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has published an official notification regarding the recruitment of PGT Economics Female 2022. Online applications for the examination are invited by interested and eligible candidates in order to fill 6 vacant seats for the post of PGT Economics in the Directorate of Education Department.

Candidates must apply online through the website https://dsssbonline.nic.in. The closing date for submission of online application is 01/02/2023 (till 11:59 PM) after which the link will be disabled. Before applying for the same, candidates are advised to read this article as we are sharing all the necessary information which are required to know before you apply for the examination.

CHECK THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA OF 2022 DSSSB PGT ECONOMICS:

Nationality

Candidates must be an Indian citizen to apply for the examination.

Age Limit

Candidates must be below 36 years of age (as on 01-02-2023). Relaxation in age is also permissible for some special categories. The details for the same are as follows:-

Category	Age Relaxation
Guest/Contract teachers	Relaxation in upper age as a one-time measure up to the actual time spent as a contractual employee of the same department, subject to a maximum of 5 years provided they have worked for at least 120 working days in that particular year
Teaching in University	05 years of age relaxation to “those who are Teaching in University” may be given which is at par with the age relaxation given to Govt. Servant for posts which are in the same line or allied cadres
SC/ST	05 years
OBC	03 years
PwD	10 years
PwD + SC/ST	15 years
PwD + OBC	13 years
Departmental candidate i.e. regular Govt. servant with at least three years continuous service. (These instructions are applicable only to Central Government Civilian Employees and Employees of all Departments/Autonomous/Local Bodies of Govt. of NCT of Delhi)	For Group B Post: - Up to 05 years for Group ‘B’ posts (which are in the same line or allied cadres and where a relationship could be established that the service already rendered in a particular post will be useful for the efficient discharge of the duties of post) as per DoP&T O.M. No. 15012/2/2010-Estt.(D) dated 27th March 2012
Ex-Servicemen Group B (non-gazetted)	Period of Military service plus 3 years

Educational Qualification (as on 01-02-2023)

1) Candidates must have a Master's Degree in the relevant subject from a recognised university.

(2) A degree or diploma in training/education is required to apply for the examination.

"In the case of candidates, the qualification mentioned in S.No.2 above may be relaxed."

1. Possession of a PhD in the relevant subject from a recognised university/institution.

2. Having obtained First Division in Higher Secondary, Degree, and Post Graduate Examinations, with the mandatory condition that the candidate obtains the B.Ed. / B.T. qualification within three years of joining the service.

Desirable Experience (as on 01-02-2023)

03 years experience of teaching in a college /Higher Secondary School/High School in the subject concerned.

The application form for DSSSB PGT is available on the DSSB's official website. Candidates have to apply online for the examination, there is no other mode of application. In case you are facing any trouble in the application process then you can follow the below-mentioned steps:-

Go to the DSSSB's official website at dsssb.delhi.gov.in
On the homepage click on the online application link in the important announcements section to register yourself. Click on the new registration to begin the registration process.
The candidate receives the registration number and password via email which they have registered in during the registration process. .
Log in with your credentials to apply for the exam. Finish the application process by uploading all required documents, entering the required details and paying out the application fee. .
After the successful submission of the application process. keep a copy of the application form for future use.
