ECGC PROBATIONARY OFFICER NOTIFICATION 2023 OUT: APPLY BY 31ST MAY

ECGC PO RECRUITMENT 2023:

ECGC Limited has issued an official notification for the recruitment of Probationary Officers on its official website. Eligible candidates are encouraged to submit online applications. Anyone who meets the requirements and wishes to work for ECGC Limited as a probationary officer must register for the recruitment process. In order to apply, candidates must go to the ECGC's official website between May 2 and May 31, 2023. Through this recruitment drive, 17 vacant seats for the post of Probationary Officer are going to be filled.

ECGC PROBATIONARY OFFICER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 2023:

Nationality 

A candidate must be either – 

(i) a Citizen of India or 

(ii) a subject of Nepal or 

(iii) a subject of Bhutan or 

(iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or 

(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with intention of permanently settling in India provided that a candidate belongs to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

Age Limit

Candidates must be between the ages of 21 and 30; that is, they must have been born between the dates of 02.04.1993 and 01.04.2002, both inclusive. Age relaxation is also permitted for a few specific categories:-

ECGC PROBATIONARY OFFICER APPLICATION PROCESS 2023:

Follow these below-mentioned steps to apply for the ECGC PO:-

1. Go to the official website of ECGC.

2. Look for the option "Current Openings" on the website's homepage and click on it.

3. Find and click on the link that says "Click here to apply online for ECGC PO Recruitment 2023”.

4. On the registration page, click on "New Registration" and provide your valid details to complete the registration process.

5. After successful registration, fill in the application form with all the required details and upload scanned copies of the necessary documents.

6. Pay the application fee as per the instructions given on the website and click on the submit button.

7. Finally, take a printout of the ECGC PO Application Form for future reference.

ECGC PROBATIONARY OFFICER SELECTION PROCESS 2023:

The Online Examination is the first step in the recruitment process, and it is followed by an interview with the individuals who were chosen for further consideration based on their results in the Online Examination. The recruitment will be strictly in line with the spirit of the Government’s guidelines on the Reservation Policy.

ECGC PROBATIONARY OFFICER WRITTEN EXAMINATION 2023:

The structure of the examinations which will be conducted online are as follows: 

a. Online Examination: 

Objective Test- Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

 Descriptive Paper (Test of English Language)

b. Interview 

Following the Online Written Examination, candidates who have been selected for an interview by the Company at Mumbai and/or other centres will receive a call. The shortlisted candidates will receive a call letter with information about the Centre, the address of the venue, time and date of the interview. Candidates are required to download their interview call letters from the website of the Company. 

Note:- Final selection shall be based on the performance and merit of the candidates in the Online Exam and Interview, taken together. 

ECGC PROBATIONARY OFFICER EXAMINATION CENTRE 2023:

The online examination will be conducted at 6 centers i.e., Bangalore, Chennai, Guwahati, Kolkata, Mumbai and New Delhi. No request for a change of centre for examination shall be entertained

Note:- Candidates who will be shortlisted in the online examination will be called to Mumbai or other centers for an interview detail of which will be communicated in the interview call letter to the eligible candidates. 

ECGC PROBATIONARY OFFICER SALARY 2023:

The pay scale of a Probationary Officer is 53600-2645(14)-90630-2865(4)-1,02,090. The current CTC (Cost to Company) of the Executive Officer (Probationary Officer) posted in Mumbai is approximately Rs.16 lakh per annum.
