HARYANA PGT RECRUITMENT 2022:

The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has issued a job advertisement for 4476 Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) in the Haryana Education Department's Rest of Haryana (ROH) Cadre and Mewat Cadre. Starting November 21, 2022, eligible candidates can apply online for the HPSC PGT Vacancy 2022 at www.hpsc.gov.in. The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) hires qualified candidates to work as Post Graduate Teachers in Haryana's government schools. HOW TO APPLY FOR HARYANA PGT 2022:

Candidates applying for a reserved category must submit a Community Certificate or other required documents. You must follow the exact procedure outlined below to ensure that your application form is error-free. 

  • The link to the application form can be found on the official website of the commission, i.e. click here.

  • Click on the Apply online tab given at the left corner of the homepage.

  • Now click on the apply link given in front of HPSC PGT Notification 2022 (for Haryana Cadre or Mewat Cadre). 

  • Fill out the application form with all of the necessary information. Check the details before clicking the Submit button.

  • Upload all required documents, including a recent photograph and signature.

  • When you submit the form, you will be directed to an online payment portal. Pay the application fee using net banking, a credit card, a debit card, or UPI.

  • When your payment is successful, you will be able to download the application form. Take a printout and keep it somewhere safe for future reference.

  • Before submission of the online application, candidates must check that they have filled correct details in each field of the form. No changes will be accepted after the submission.

HARYANA PGT 2022 APPLICATION FEES:

The application fee that applicants in different categories must pay is tabulated below:

HPSC PGT 2022 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Nationality:

All Indian Citizens can apply for the HPSC PGT Recruitment Process.

Age Limit:

The candidate must be between 18 and 42 years as of the closing date for submitting online application forms to the commission, which is December 12, 2022. Candidates in the following categories are eligible for a relaxation of the upper age limit.

  • Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2 / B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.

  • Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) / School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET).

M.Sc Zoology/Botany/Bio-Sciences/Bio-Chemistry /Genetics /Micro Biology/ Plant Physiology/Bio-Technology/ Life Sciences/ Molecular Bio. with at least 50% marks provided that the applicant had studied Botany & Zoology at Graduation level and B.Ed from recognized university.

PGT Chemistry

M.Sc. Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry with at least 50% marks and B.Ed from recognized university.

PGT Commerce

M.Com. with accounting/Cost accounting/ Financial accounting as a major subject of study with at least 50% marks and B.Ed from recognized university. Holders of degree of M.Com. in Applied/ Business Economics shall not be eligible.

PGT Computer Science

M.Sc. Computer Science (Regular two-year course) / MCA (Regular three-year course) / BE/B.Tech. Computer Science / Computer Engg. / IT (Regular course) with 55%aggregate marks from a recognized university

PGT Economics

M.A. Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics with atleast 50% marks and B.Ed from a recognised university.

PGT English

M.A. English with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. from recognized university.

PGT Fine Arts

M.A. Fine Arts with atleast 50% marks and B.Ed from recognised university.

PGT Geography

M.A. Geography with atleast 50% marks and B.Ed from recognised university.

PGT Hindi

M.A. Hindi with atleast 50% marks and B.Ed from recognised university.

PGT History

M.A. History with atleast 50% marks and B.Ed from recognised university.

PGT Physical Education

HARYANA PGT 2022 SELECTION PROCESS:

The HPSC PGT selection procedure is divided into the following stages: 

  • the written exam, 

  • socioeconomic criteria and experience. 

The detailed procedure for the written examination is as follows:

The written exam is worth 90% marks and is divided into the following two parts: 

  • Part A of the exam consists of general awareness, reasoning, math, science, English, Hindi, and the concerned or relevant subject.

  • Part B of the exam consists of Haryana History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture, and so on.

HARYANA PGT 2022 EXAM SYLLABUS:

HPSC has not yet released the PGT 2022 Syllabus, however, the Syllabus for the written examination (90%) will be issued later on whose details will be available on the website i.e. hpsc.gov.in.  

ADMIT CARD FOR HARYANA PGT 2022:

The e-Admit Card will be made available on the website of the commission, i.e. hpsc.gov.in 10-14 days prior to the examination, for downloading by the candidates. No Admit Card will be sent by post.

  • Visit the HPSC's official website.

  • On the homepage, look for the "HPSC PGT Admit Card Download" link under the what’s new section. To access the admit card, log in to the Commission’s Portal with your credentials.

  • Verify all of the information on your admit card after viewing it. If there are any discrepancies, contact the HPSC's higher authorities right away.

  • Download the admit card to your device and take a printout of the same for future reference.

HARYANA PGT 2022 SALARY STRUCTURE/PAY SCALE:

The selected candidates will be paid in accordance with the 7th Pay Commission. The salary will be in pay level 8, ie. Rs. 47,600-1,51,100/-
