The Board of School Education, Haryana (BSEH) has released a notification of the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test 2022 on 17th September 2022. The application process for the HTET started on 17th September 2022 and candidates can apply till 27th September 2022. The Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2022 exam date has been announced by the Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH), the exam will be conducted on November 12 and 13, 2022.
Through this examination, candidates will be able to become PRT( teacher for classes I to V (Primary Teacher)), TGT (teacher for classes VI to VIII (TGT – Trained Graduate Teacher)) and PGT (Post Graduate Teacher). Those who want to apply for the exam are advised to read this article carefully as we are providing each and every piece of information about the exam.

The HTET will only have multiple-choice questions and each holding one mark. The question will have 4 options out of which one answer will be correct There is no negative markings for wrong answers.

They will focus on understanding the characteristics and needs of diverse learners, interaction with learners and the attributes and qualities of a good facilitator of learning. |
Languages (Hindi 15 MCQs & English 15 MCQs) | The test items for Languages (Hindi & English) will focus on the proficiencies related to the medium of instruction. |
General Studies (Quantitative Aptitude 10 MCQs, Reasoning Ability 10 MCQs and Haryana G.K. and Awareness 10 MCQs) | The test items for Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability and Haryana G.K. and Awareness Language will focus on the elements of Mental and Reasoning ability and General Knowledge regarding Haryana State. |
Mathematics | The test items in Mathematics and Environmental Studies will focus on the concepts, problem-solving abilities and pedagogical understanding of the subjects. In all these subject areas, the test items shall be evenly distributed over different divisions of the syllabus of that subject prescribed for classes I-V (Session 2022-23) by the Education Department, Govt. of Haryana. |
Environmental Studies | The questions in the tests for Level-I will be based on the topics of the prescribed syllabus for classes I-V, but their difficulty standard, as well as linkages, could be up to the secondary stage. |

The Board of School Education Haryana reserves the right to create examination centre anywhere in the State of Haryana as well as outside Haryana. However, efforts will be made by the Board to allocate examination centre within Home District.
