IBPS SO Notification 2024 has been issued by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection on 1st August 2023 for the next Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for selection of personnel in Specialist Officers’ cadre posts. IBPS Specialist Officers 2023-24 (CRP SPL-XIII) will be a three-phase selection process consisting of Prelims, Mains, and Interview. Candidates who pass the online examinations will be considered for the final interview round. Every year, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection holds IBPS SO Examination to select qualified candidates for the following positions:

On the IBPS home page, you will find a link to apply for IBPS SO recruitment notification 2024-25.
Fill out the application form by clicking on the link.
Enter your correct information as per your official documents.
Before submitting the application form, double-check all of the details entered by you and click the submit button.
A new tab will appear in which you have to upload a scanned image of your signature and a recent photograph in the dimensions specified.
Click the submit button once more.
Pay the appropriate application fee for your category.
Make a copy of the final application fee for future reference.

To be eligible to apply for SO posts, a candidate must be either
a Citizen of India or
a subject of Nepal or
a subject of Bhutan or
a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam.
To be eligible for the IBPS SO exam, a candidate must be at least 20 years old. The maximum age is 30 years. The Government of India provides age relaxation to candidates from reserved categories. The age relaxation granted to candidates for the post of IBPS SO is discussed below, by category:

c. Interview
Candidates who have been shortlisted in the CRP SPL-XII Online Main Examination will be invited to an Interview, which will be conducted by the Participating Banks and coordinated by the Nodal Banks in each State/UT. The total number of marks allotted for the interview is 100. The minimum qualifying marks for the interview will be 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates). The weightage of the online main examination and the interview will be 80:20. The combined final score of candidates will be calculated using the total scores obtained by the candidates in the CRP- SPL-XII Online Main Examination and Interview.
Note: A candidate must pass both the Online Main Examination and the interview in order to be shortlisted for the subsequent provisional allotment process, details of which will be made available later on the authorised IBPS website.
