IDBI AM RECRUITMENT 2023:

Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has issued an official notification regarding the recruitment of Assistant Manager 2023-24. IDBI Bank is seeking qualified Indian citizens to apply online for the position of Assistant Manager. Candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria may apply online via the bank's website. The online application link is activated from February 17, 2023, to February 28, 2023.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA OF IDBI ASSISTANT MANAGER 2023:

Nationality

Candidates must be either 

(a) a citizen of India, or 

(b) a subject of Nepal, or 

(c) a subject of Bhutan, or 

(d) a Tibetan refugee (who came over to India before 1st January 1962) with the intention of permanently settling in India or 

(e) a person of Indian origin, who have migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar (formally Burma), Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) or (e) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by Government of India. The candidate, in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary, may be admitted to the selection process conducted by the Bank, but on final selection, the offer of appointment may be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him/ her by the Government of India.

Age Limit

Candidate must be between the age of 21 to 30 years to apply for this post. The candidate must have been born not earlier than January 02, 1993, and not later than January 01, 2002 (both dates inclusive). Age relaxation is also applicable to some special categories. Work Experience

Minimum of two years experience in banking and financial services (including, but not limited to, Micro Finance Institutions/Non-Banking Financial Companies/Cooperative Banks/Regional Rural Banks/Fintech Companies) and insurance. Full-time and permanent experience is required (experience less than six months in any organisation will not be considered).

Step 3: Use a valid email address that you must keep active until the results are declared.

Step 4: Prepare a scanned photograph and signature in accordance with the requirements specified in the official notification. You must upload these when completing the form.

Step 5: Fill out and submit the Application Form.

SELECTION PROCESS FOR IDBI AM 2023:

The selection procedure will include an online test (OT), document verification (DV), a personal interview (PI), and a pre-employment medical exam (PRMT). The fitness of the candidates following PRMT would be determined by the Bank's current guidelines.

EXAMINATION PATTERN OF IDBI AM 2023:

  • Except for the English Language tests, The Online Test will be available in both English and Hindi languages.

  • Candidates must pass each of the four tests/sections by achieving the Bank's cut-off marks.

  • For each incorrect answer given by the candidate, one-fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty to arrive at the corrected score. There will be no penalty if a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate.
