Indian Navy 10+2 B.Tech Entry notification 2023 has been issued by the Indian Navy. Unmarried male and female candidates who meet the nationality requirements specified by the Government of India are invited to apply online for a unique opportunity to join the esteemed Indian Naval Academy in Ezhimala, Kerala. This program offers a four-year B.Tech degree course under the 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme, for the Executive & Technical branch.
To be part of this prestigious program, interested and eligible candidates should take note of the application window, which is open from 10th June 2023 to 30th June 2023. Within this period, applicants can submit their online applications for the available 30 seats in the Navy 10+2 Btech Entry 2023. The recruitment process will be conducted for both the Executive and Technical branches.

To be eligible for the Indian Navy 10+2 B.Tech Entry course, candidates must meet the age criteria specified by the Indian Navy. As per the notification, candidates must be born between 02 Jul 2004 and 01 Jan 2007, both dates inclusive.
To be eligible for the Indian Navy 10+2 B.Tech Entry course, candidates must fulfill certain educational requirements.
As per the notification, candidates must have completed the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 pattern) or an equivalent examination from any recognized board. Additionally, they should have obtained a minimum aggregate of 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM), and at least 50% marks in English, either in Class X or Class XII.
Furthermore, candidates who have appeared for the JEE (Main) - 2023 examination for B.E./B. Tech can also apply. The call-up for the Service Selection Board (SSB) will be issued based on the JEE (Main) All India Common Rank List (CRL) - 2023 published by the National Testing Agency (NTA). This means that candidates' performance in the JEE (Main) examination will be a factor in the selection process for the Indian Navy 10+2 B.Tech Entry course.

The selection process for the Indian Navy 10+2 B.Tech Entry Scheme is a thorough and comprehensive procedure that evaluates candidates' academic qualifications, aptitude, physical fitness, and psychological attributes. Here are the stages involved:
Shortlisting of Applications: Candidates' applications will be shortlisted based on the JEE (Main) All India Common Rank List (CRL) 2023. The cut-off for shortlisting will be determined by IHQ MoD (Navy). Candidates must mention their rank as per the Common Rank List (CRL) in their application.
SSB Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Service Selection Board (SSB) interview. The interviews will be conducted in Bangalore, Bhopal, Kolkata, and Visakhapatnam, starting from August 2023. Selected candidates will receive intimation of their selection via email and SMS. It is important for candidates to ensure their contact details remain unchanged until the selection process is completed.
The SSB interview consists of two stages:
Stage I: Screening test, including an Intelligence test, Picture Perception, and Group Discussion. Candidates who do not qualify in Stage I will be sent back on the same day.
Stage II: Psychological testing, Personal Interview, and Group testing, which will span approximately four days. Successful candidates will proceed to the next stage.
Medical Examination: Candidates who clear the SSB interview will undergo a medical examination that typically lasts for 3-5 working days. Only candidates declared fit in the medical examination will proceed further.
Merit List and Appointment: A merit list will be prepared based on the SSB marks. Candidates who are declared fit in the medical examination will be appointed based on the availability of vacancies in their respective branches. The appointment is subject to police verification, character verification, and the availability of vacancies.
It's important for candidates to perform well in all stages of the selection process to enhance their chances of being appointed in the Indian Navy 10+2 B.Tech Entry Scheme.
(a) Candidates who are selected will be inducted as Cadets for a four-year B. Tech course in Applied Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering, based on the requirements of the Indian Navy. Upon successful completion of the course, they will be awarded a B. Tech Degree by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). The distribution of cadets among the Executive and Technical Branch (Engineering & Electrical) will follow the existing policy of the Indian Navy.
(b) The Indian Navy will bear the entire cost of training, which includes the expenses for books, reading materials, and other necessary resources. Additionally, the selected cadets will be provided with entitled clothing and messing facilities. This ensures that the candidates can focus on their education and training without any financial burden during the course.
