NABARD (National Bank For Agriculture And Rural Development) is an all-India Apex Organization, wholly owned by the Government of India. The NABARD has recently announced 170 vacancies for the post of Assistant Manager (Grade-A) (RDBS &Rajbahsha) & Assistant Manager (P&SS).
Indian citizens can apply for the posts of Assistant Manager in Grade "A" and Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security Service) in Grade "A" in the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS)/Rajbhasha Service (NABARD) between 18 July 2022 and 07 August 2022.

Educational Qualification | Bachelor’s Degree in a particular discipline means that the candidate must have studied that discipline as main subject in the respective degree course and it must be mentioned in the Degree Certificate issued by the University/Institute. | - |

iii) Shortlisting of the candidates for the Main exam will be based on marks scored in the Merit section only.

3. Interview (RDBS/Rajbhasha) :
The interview will be conducted for 50 Marks.
Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed in order to make the final decision. The Bank maintains the right to increase the minimum experience requirement in order to limit the number of people invited for interviews to those most qualified to fill open positions.
Note: In case of having equal marks in the interview, candidate senior in age will be ranked higher. In case of a further tie-up, the candidate with higher qualifications or in case of similar qualifications, the candidate with higher marks in graduation will be ranked higher.

Salary
Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.28150/- p.m. in the scale of Rs.28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)–46600–EB-1750(4)-53600- 2000(1)-55600 applicable to Officers in Grade 'A'.
