RAJASTHAN SET NOTIFICATION 2022:

Rajasthan SET 2022 notification is published by the Govind Guru Tribal University on 9th Jan 2023. The online applications are invited by eligible and interested candidates. Candidates can apply for the same by visiting the official website of the Govind Guru Tribal University, GGTU Banswara from 12th of January 2023 to 11th February 2023.

Age Limit

There is no upper age limit to appear in the examination. 

Educational Qualification 

• Candidates who have obtained at least 55% (without rounding off) in their Master's Degree or equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC are eligible for this Test. Candidates from the Other Backward Classes (OBC) belonging to the Non-Creamy Layer/ Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST)/ Persons with Disability (PwD)/ Third gender category who have obtained at least 50% marks (without rounding off) in their Master's degree or equivalent examination are eligible for this Test.

• Candidates pursuing a Master's degree or an equivalent course, candidates who have taken their qualifying Master's degree (final year) examination and whose results are still pending, or candidates whose qualifying examinations have been postponed, may also apply for this test. Such candidates, however, will be admitted provisionally and will be considered eligible for award of eligibility only after passing their Master's Degree or equivalent examination with at least 55% (50% in the case of OBC-NCL/ SC/ ST/ PwD/ Third gender category candidates). Such candidates must complete their Master's degree or equivalent examination within two years of the SET result date with the required percentage of marks, or they will be disqualified.

• Candidates must only appear in the subject of their post-graduation. If a candidate's subject is not on the list of SET subjects, he or she may take the UGC NET/UGC-CSIR NET, which is held twice a year.

APPLICATION PROCESS RAJASTHAN SET 2022:

1. Visit the online portal of the Rajasthan Government by clicking here. 

2. Now register yourself by entering your credentials carefully. (If you have already registered yourself then you can skip this step).

3. After the successful registration, your login credentials will be sent to your email id.

4. Now login with your login credentials and fill out the application form.

5. To complete the application procedure, upload the required documents and pay the application fee.

6. Take a printout of the final submission for future reference.

Note:- Candidates from the Third Gender category are eligible for the same fee and eligibility criteria for SET as candidates from the SC/ST/PwD categories. The qualifying cut-offs for this category would be the lowest among those in the corresponding subject for SC / ST / PwD / OBC- NCL / General-EWS.
