Age Limit

To be eligible for the SBI RBO Recruitment 2023, candidates must meet certain age criteria. Specifically, candidates should fall within the age range of 60 to 63 years. This means that candidates must have been born on or before June 15, 1963, and on or after June 16, 1960 (both days inclusive). The maximum age indicated is for General category candidates. No Relaxation in age is available to reserved category candidates.

SBI RBO APPLICATION PROCESS 2023:

• Visit the official website of the SBI.

• On the homepage, you will get a link to “ENGAGEMENT OF RETIRED BANK OFFICERS ON CONTRACT BASIS ADVERTISEMENT NO: CRPD/RS/2023-24/11”  in the Latest Announcement section. 

• Now, click on Apply Online tab and a new screen will appear on the screen. 

• Now, register yourself by filling out the required details. Skip this step if you have already registered yourself before. 

• Login by filling out your login details which have been sent to your email id after the successful registration. 

• Now fill out the application form and upload all required documents (Assignment details, ID proof, age proof, etc.).

• To complete the application process, review the application form and submit the application form 

• Take a printout of the final submission for future reference. 

SBI RBO SELECTION PROCESS 2023:

The selection process for the SBI RBO Recruitment 2023 consists of two stages: shortlisting and interview.

1. Shortlisting:Merely meeting the minimum qualification and experience requirements does not guarantee an interview opportunity. The Shortlisting Committee, established by the Bank, will determine the parameters for shortlisting candidates. Following this, the Bank will shortlist an appropriate number of candidates for the interview. The Bank's decision to call candidates for the interview is final, and no correspondence regarding this matter will be entertained.

2. Interview:The interview stage carries a total of 100 marks. The qualifying marks for the interview will be determined by the Bank, and no correspondence regarding this will be entertained.

3. Merit List:The final selection will be based on the interview scores. A merit list will be prepared in descending order of the interview scores obtained by the candidates, provided they have scored the minimum qualifying marks. In case multiple candidates achieve the same cut-off marks, the ranking in the merit list will be determined based on their age in descending order.

It is important to note that the interview stage holds significant weightage in the selection process, as the final merit list is based on the interview scores.
