Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any discipline or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a post graduate qualification (minimum 2 years duration) in computer application/ information technology from a recognized University/ Institute.

Age Limit:

A candidate must not have exceeded the age of 30 years as on June 30, 2022 i.e., candidate must have been born on or after July 01, 1992. Age relaxation will be given as per govt. norms which are given below.

Nationality :

• The candidates must be a citizens of India.

• Citizen of Bhutan/Nepal/Bangladesh with a valid certificate by the Indian govt.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Visit the official website first and Open the "Careers" link.

2. A new screen will appear where you have to click on "APPLY ONLINE" button to bring up a new screen and open the recruitment announcement titled "SEBI RECRUITMENT EXERCISE - RECRUITMENT OF OFFICER GRADE A (ASSISTANT MANAGER) 2022 - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY STREAM."

3. Select the "CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION" option to access your registration application. Verify your information and save your submission using the "VALIDATE YOUR DETAILS" and "SAVE & NEXT" buttons.

4. Upload your signature, left thumbprint, and handwritten declaration with your photo.

5. Before clicking "COMPLETE REGISTRATION," select the Preview tab to preview and check the complete application form.

6. To make a payment, select the "PAYMENT" tab.

7. Select "SUBMIT" from the menu.

As far as the  2022 SEBI Grade A exam goes, the admit cards for the Phase 1 and Phase 2 papers will, most probably be released 15-20 days prior to examination.

SELECTION PROCESS::

 The mode of selection shall be a three stage process i.e:

• Phase I (on-line screening examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each)

• Phase II (on-line examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each)

• Phase III: Interview

EXAM PATTERN

Phase 1 (Prelims):- An online screening examination consisting of two papers (Multiple Choice questions of 100 marks each) will be held on August 27, 2022. The exam will consist of: 

SEBI Grade A 2022 Phase 2 (Mains) :- Paper 1 (i.e. English Descriptive Test) of Phase II shall be held on August 27, 2022 (same day as Phase I examination) for all candidates who apply for the post. Paper 2 of Phase II will be held on September 24, 2022. The papers shall be as follows:

Interview: -

Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Application fee shall not be refunded to the candidates not shortlisted for Phase II and Interview. Candidate may opt for interview either in Hindi or English. Weightage of marks obtained in Phase II will be 85%, while marks obtained in interview shall be given a weightage of 15%.
