SSC GD CONSTABLE RESULT ANALYSIS

The Staff Selection Commission announced the SSC GD Constable results for 2021 on its official website on 25th March 2022. As many as 2,85,201 students passed the qualifying exam and will now take the physical exam, i.e. Physical Endurance Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST) for the final recruitment in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles examination. Out of the 2,85,201 candidates shortlisted for the next stage the number of Male candidates is 2,53,544 and 31,657 are Female candidates.

Cut-off marks detail:

1. According to Corrigendum No. 3/1/2020-P&P-I dated 24.03.2022, the following cut-off marks (without bonus marks for NCC certificate holders) were used to determine candidate eligibility for shortlisting to the next stage of examination:

• UR: 30%

• OBC/ EWS: 25%

• All other categories (SC, ST, ESM): 20%

2. Candidates who stated in their online applications that they have NCC Certificates have been granted the following incentive marks:

• NCC ‘C’ Certificate: 5 marks

• NCC ‘B’ Certificate: 3 marks

• NCC ‘A’ Certificate: 2 marks

The Nodal CAPF, i.e. the CRPF, will issue call letters to candidates who have been shortlisted for PET/ PST to be conducted by the CAPFs. Candidates are advised to visit the website of the CRPF https://crpf.gov.in for more information.

The SSC has announced that the Final Answer Keys along with the Question Paper(s) will be uploaded by the Commission on their website from March 28 to April 26 in a standard format.

The Marks of the qualified, as well as the non-qualified candidates, will be placed on the website on 31st March 2022, which candidates can check using their Registered Number/Roll Number along with the Registered Password. The marks will be available on the commission’s website for a month, i.e. up to 30th April 2022
