Work on your time management:

Go Through Previous Year Question Papers
This will be the very first step which requires you to have introspection of yourself: where you stand, how much are you in the game. Now segregate subjects as per their difficulty level and chalk out a plan to cover each subject thoroughly.

Dedicate your 7-8 hours of time daily to the preparation of the examination. Divide the syllabus as per their difficulty level.You may start your preparation starting with the weakest areas.
