COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES:
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the result of the Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination I, 2022 on 18th May 2022. The result merit list can be viewed and downloaded from the official website of the Commission, i.e. UPSC.
The UPSC CDS exam is a requirement for admission to the Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy, and Indian Air Force Academy. There are 341 open positions in five categories: IMA, INA, IAF, OTA (Men), and OTA (Women) (women). The Exam was held on April 10, 2022, and the courses will begin in January 2023 and April 2023 (refer to the official notice to know in detail about the courses starting in January and April 2023).
The UPSC CDS Competitive examination consists of the following components:
(a) a written examination; and (b) an interview for intelligence and personality testing of those candidates who are called for an interview at one of the Services Selection Centres.
According to the result notice, 6622 candidates qualified for interviews with the Ministry of Defence's Service Selection Board. Candidates who passed the written exam and selected Army (IMA/OTA) as their first choice must register on the recruiting directorate's website Join Indian Army in order to receive call-up information for the SSB interview.

Go to the official website of the commission at UPSC
Under the What's New section, select the "Written Result: Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2022" link.
The UPSC CDS merit list will be displayed on the screen after clicking on the PDF icon.
