TNPSC EXAM NOTIFICATION 2023 OUT: APPLY BY 16TH AUGUST 2023

TNPSC RECRUITMENT 2023:

TNPSC ATO (Steno) & Jr Technical Assistant Notification 2023 has been issued by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission on 18th July 2023 for the recruitment of Assistant Training Officer (Stenography-English) in the Tamil Nadu Employment Training Subordinate Service and Junior Technical Assistant in the Textile Department of the Tamil Nadu General Subordinate Service. 

Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are invited to apply for the TNPSC ATO (Steno) & Jr Technical Assistant Recruitment 2023. Age Limit

Educational Qualification

For the post of Assistant Training Officer 

(i) Must have been declared eligible for College course of study. 

AND 

(ii) Must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting by the Senior Grade (Formerly Higher Grade)(English) and in Shorthand by the Senior Grade (English); 

AND 

(iii) Must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting by the Junior Grade (Formerly Lower Grade) (Tamil) and in Shorthand by Junior Grade (Tamil). 

Provided that other things being equal, Preference shall be given to candidates, who possess teaching experience for a period of not less than one year.

For the post of Junior Technical Officer 

(i) Must possess Minimum General Educational Qualification. 

AND 

(ii) Must possess a Diploma in Handloom Technology obtained from the Indian Institute of Handloom Technology, Salem or Varanasi or from any other recognised Institute of Handloom Technology. 

(OR) 

Diploma in Textile Manufacture obtained from the Technological Diploma Examination Board, Madras or the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Tamil Nadu.

Note:- Applicants should possess adequate knowledge in Tamil.

• If you haven't done so already, complete the One-time Registration (OTR) process by providing the necessary details and creating a login ID and password.

Application Fee 

Note:- Certain categories are exempted from paying the application fee for the TNPSC ATO (Steno) & Jr Technical Assistant Recruitment 2023. The exempted categories include Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Caste (Arunthathiyars), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Destitute Widow, and Persons with Benchmark Disability.

In addition, Most Backward Classes (MBC) / Denotified Communities and Backward Classes (BC) (other than Muslim) / Backward Classes (Muslim) are allowed three free chances to apply for the examination. Ex-Servicemen are allowed two free chances to apply.

Mode of Payment 

The payment should be made through online mode using Net Banking, Credit card, or Debit card. Applicants must ensure that the payment is completed on or before the last date of submission of the online application. The online application provides the option to choose the preferred mode of payment.
