UPPCL TECHNICIAN APPLICATION PROCESS 2022:

Applications will only be accepted online between the dates specified, namely September 27 and October 19, 2022. 

Once the application window is open, follow the instructions given below to submit the online application:

Step 1: Go to the UPPCL official website, i.e. https://www.upenergy.in/ and look for the most recent advertisement, "UPPCL Technician Recruitment 2022,".

Step 2: Enter the necessary information (Valid E-mail Id, Mobile Number, Name, etc)

Step 3: The E-mail ID with which you register yourself, will receive a message with the admit card.

Step 4: Candidates must then submit the necessary documents such as mark sheets and Id.

Step 5: You must attach a scanned copy of recent photography and your signature.

Step 6: The applicant must then pay the necessary application fee. 

Step 7: After submitting your application, take a printout of your submitted response for future reference.

Application Fee

For the UPPCL Technician Recruitment, you must pay the application fee otherwise, the organisation will reject your application. There is no refund for the application fee. The application fee for the Technician Registration Process is listed below, broken down by category:-

UPPCL TECHNICIAN ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Age Limit 

Candidates must be between 18 to 40 year to apply for this post. 

Based on the category, the upper age relaxation may apply, according to State Government Rules & Regulations.

• 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/ExS/Freedom Fighters' dependents (of U.P. domicile)

• 15 years for the  Candidates with a physical disability (OA/OL/PB/PD).

• If you are availing age relaxation, your maximum age should not be above 55 years.

Educational Qualification

You must have completed High School or equivalent, with Science and Math subjects from any recognised board, as well as two years of NCVT/SCVT approved certification in the following trades:

(i) Electrician

(ii) Electrical

(iii) Electrical (Electricity Distribution under Skill Development/Kaushal Vikas)

UPPCL TECHNICIAN SELECTION PROCESS:

The Selection will be done on the basis of an Online Written Test (CBT). The question paper of the written examination will be of two parts. The duration of which will be of 03 hours.

Part 1

(1) The written examination of the first part will consist of an objective type question paper related to computer knowledge of the "CCC" level of NIELIT, consisting of 50 questions. Each question will be of 01 mark i.e. this exam will be maximum 50 marks. 1/4 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer as a negative marking. 

(2) It will be necessary to secure at least 20 marks in the first part of the computer knowledge examination; otherwise, the candidate's second part of the written examination will not be evaluated.

(3) The marks scored in the first part of Computer Knowledge will not be added for determining the merit.

Part 2

In the second part, there will be an objective type question paper related to the following courses, whose maximum marks are mentioned in front. Each question will be of 01 mark and 1/4 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
