The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has activated the link to download the document verification form set for Lecturer (Male/Female) Government Inter College (Main) Examination-2020.

Instructions to download DV set form

1. Visit the Official website.

2. Now, from the activity board click on CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND APPLICATION FORM FOR ADVT. NO. A-3/E-1/2020, EDUCATION DEPARTMENT (MALE/FEMALE BRANCH) (HINDI).

3. After clicking on that a new screen will appear where you have to fill out your credentials.

4. After that you can download your Document Verification form set.  

In the absence of the desired original certificates, it will not be possible to verify the records of the candidates. The candidates should be present for the document verification on the mentioned date and time.
