UPSC CIVIL SERVICES EXAM 2023 NOTIFICATION RELEASED; APPLY BEFORE FEB 21

UPSC CSE-2023 RECRUITMENT NOTIFICATION:

Civil Services examinations (CSE) notification 2023 was released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on February 01, 2023. The application process has begun in tandem with the notification. The application form must be completed by February 21. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online at the commission's official website or the online application portal at upsconline.nic.in. A total of 1105 vacancies are announced by the UPSC for the year 2023. The Civil Services preliminary examination (CSE Prelims) will be held on May 28, and the main examination will begin on September 15, 2023.

Before applying for the examination, candidates must be fully aware of the eligibility requirements. Examine the eligibility requirements and registration procedures listed below.

AGE LIMITS & EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION FOR CSE 2023:

Age: To apply for the UPSC Civil Services exam, the candidate must be at least 21 years old and no older than 32 years old. However, the upper age limit is relaxed for certain categories.

Education: A graduate degree from one of India's recognised universities is required.

UPSC CSE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS:

Every candidate who appears in the examination and is otherwise eligible is allowed six (6) attempts at the CSE. Candidates from the SC and ST categories, on the other hand, have an unlimited number of attempts, whereas OBC candidates have a maximum of nine. PwBD candidates from the general and EWS categories are also allowed nine attempts.

HOW TO APPLY FOR THE UPSC CSE 2023:

• Visit the UPSC's official website a upsc.gov.in Scroll down to the right-hand side of the page and click the Apply Online button.

• Now, select the 'Online Application for Various Examinations' link.

• Complete the one-time registration by entering your credentials carefully (if already registered, skip this step and login.)

• Now, proceed to complete the UPSC IAS application process in two parts.

• Provide basic information in the first section, then read all necessary instructions for image specification, fee payment, correction, and so on.

• Click the 'Submit' button and then proceed with the next set of steps.

• Pay the online application fee, choose an examination location, and then upload the necessary documents.
