UPSC IFS Final Result has been declared by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for the Indian Forest Service Examination, 2022 on 1st of July 2023. The written part of the exam took place from 20th to 27th November 2022, followed by interviews for the Personality Test in June 2023. A total of 147 candidates have been recommended for appointment to various posts in the Indian Forest Service.

The category-wise distribution of recommended candidates is as follows:

Appointments will be made based on the available vacancies and in accordance with the existing rules. The government had reported 150 vacancies. However, the candidature of 12 recommended candidates is provisional, and the candidature of 2 candidates has been withheld.

Candidates can access their UPSC IFS 2023 result by visiting the official website of UPSC. The marks obtained by the candidates will also be published on the Commission's website soon.
