SUPER TET OVERVIEW

The Super TET is one of the most important exams and very popular among candidates preparing for the teaching exam in Uttar Pradesh.

 SUPER TET is an exam conducted by UP Basic Education Board (UPBEB) to appoint qualified graduates for the post of Assistant teachers at the primary and secondary levels of Government schools in UP.

SUPER TET APPLICATION

Candidates who wish to make their career in teaching can grab this wonderful opportunity. Applications are invited for the post of Assistant teacher  \ Sahayak Adhyapak at both levels of Government schools in UP as mentioned above. The process of submitting a Super TET Application is completely online. No other mode of application shall be accepted by the concerned authority.

Step-2  Read the instructions carefully, before filling the application.

Step-3  Click the “Candidate Registration” button only if you are eligible for the post.

Step -4 After going through the “Instructions and Procedures” for filling the form online, start filling the registration form carefully.

Step -5 After successful registration, a registration number gets generated that will be used for future reference.

Generated Registration number and Date Of Birth will be used for subsequent login.

Note: Candidates must have a Working MOBILE NO. and an Email ID.

 Application Fees

Admit Card:-

Every candidate who is appearing for the Super Tet Exam needs to download his/her ADMIT CARD from the official website of (UPBEB) i.e Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board .

The candidates should also note that along with the Super TET Admit Card 2022, they will also need to carry a valid photo ID Proof  like -Pan Card, Aadhar Card ,Voter Identity Card, Driving Licence etc. as it is compulsory to carry at the examination centre.

Super TET Exam admit cards are released online around a week prior to the exam.

Concerned authority does not send the admit card by post ,therefore candidates must download their admit card on their own.

SUPER TET ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

For being eligible to appear for the Super TET Exam, the candidate must be of  at least 21 years of age .He\She can apply for the exam till 40 years of age.

 Note:- Special Relaxation in age is provided to the candidates who belong to reserved categories i.e OBC/SC/ST which means these categories will get relaxation in age of 5 years  and physically disabled will be given age relaxation of 15 years.

For primary :-

Candidates must have passed class 12th with at least 50% marks and  completed  BTC or B.Ed Degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 55%.

                                                 OR

possess 4 years Bachelors of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) Degree.

Candidates should  have qualified UPTET or CTET exam before applying for Super TET.

For Secondary :-

As per NCTE Norms 

You must have held a Bachelor's Degree (B.Ed) or  BTC  from a recognized  University 

SUPER TET EXAM PATTERN

 The candidates who have passed  CTET\UPTET  can appear in this exam 

The question paper will have a total of 150 questions for 1 mark each.

Choice of one section from Language (English \Hindi \ Sanskrit) or General Science or General Studies & Mathematics .

General Science papers will  be compulsory for  Assistant Teachers.

The duration of the SUPER TET exam is 2.30 hours.

The qualified candidates will be provided with certificates.

The Exam to be conducted will be a multiple choice type (objective type) offline exam.

The Total Weightage would carry 60% of written exams,10% of High School ,Intermediate ,Graduation & BTC / B.Ed Marks .
