Union Public Service Commission has released the examination pattern and syllabus along with the notification for the UPSC EPFO posts i.e. Enforcement Officers (EO) & Accounts Officers (AO), Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (APFC) posts in the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization. The UPSC EPFO exam pattern and syllabus covers a wide range of important topics, including the Indian economy, industrial relations, labour laws, and much more. Firstly Let’s be familiar with the UPSC EPFO EO/ AO Examination pattern:-
The first stage will consist of an objective type recruitment test.
The written exam will be worth 120 marks which will last two hours and will be administered in both Hindi and English.
Candidates who pass the recruitment test will be invited to an interview.
There will be a penalty for incorrect answers. Every incorrect answer will result in a one-third reduction in the marks assigned to that question. There will be no penalty for a question that has no answer marked.
The weightage for the Recruitment Test and Interview is 75:25. The recruitment test will be of 300 marks and the Interview will be of 100 marks.
