SSC CGLE 2022-23: DOWNLOAD TIER-II EXAM PATTERN PDF:

The SSC CGL Tier-II exam pattern 2023 has been released by the Staff Selection Commission on February 17, 2023. As per the notice, Tier-II will be held in two sessions, i.e. Session-I and Session-II. 

The detailed SSC CGL Tier-II pattern is as follows:

• Session-I is divided into the following three sections.

  • Section-I: this section is further divided into two modules: Module I (Mathematical Abilities) and Module II (Reasoning and General Intelligence). The duration for this section is 60 minutes (1 hour) and will be closed automatically after one hour.

  • Section-II:The two modules of Section-II are Module-I (English Language and Comprehension) and Module-II (General Awareness), will begin immediately after Section-I. This section will also be for one hour and will be closed automatically on completion of one hour.

  • Section III: will consist of two modules. Module-I (Computer Knowledge Test) will begin immediately after Section-II is completed and will last 15 minutes. Session-I will end when Module-I of Section-III is completed.

• Following the completion of Session-I, candidates will be given a break to re-register for Session-II.

• Module-II (Data Entry Speed Test) of Section-III will take place in Session-II and will last 15 minutes.

On February 9, 2023, the SSC announced the CGL Tier-1 results. The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam had 33,55,194 candidates registered for it. There were 3,86,652 candidates shortlisted for the CGL Tier-2 examination. The CGL Tier-2 Examination 2022 will be held from March 2 to 7, 2023.
