The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has recently announced the CTET 2023 exam date. The CTET is scheduled to take place on August 20, 2023, Sunday and will be held in various specified cities across India. According to the official notification issued by the CBSE, the candidates who have registered for the 17th edition of the CTET should note that the examination will be conducted in offline mode, specifically pen-paper (OMR) based.
The application process for the CTET 2023 commenced on April 27 and concluded on May 26. Aspiring candidates who wish to teach students in classes I to V are required to take Paper I, while those intending to teach students in classes VI to VIII need to take Paper II. Both papers consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), wherein candidates are presented with four alternatives, and they need to select the most appropriate answer.
The CTET is a crucial examination for individuals aspiring to pursue a career in teaching. It serves as a qualifying test to determine the eligibility of candidates for teaching positions in central government schools, including Kendriya Vidyalayas and Navodaya Vidyalayas.
