CONSTABLE PROHIBITION EXCISE

Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC has issued Notification for recruitment to 365 posts of Constable in Prohibition, Excise & Registration Department, Government of Bihar. Candidates from Bihar or other states who are interested in this recruitment and fulfill all the qualifications can apply online from 19 December 2021 to 18 January 2022.

Eligibility Criteria

The Eligibility criteria are set by the board and candidates must meet them for the post. The details are given below:

SELECTION PROCESS

Candidate’s selection process will consist of three stages:

Stage I - Offline  Written Exam

The online written examination will be an objective type paper for 100 marks in total  All Candidates must score at least 30% overall to clear the exam. Each question will carry 1 mark and there shall be no negative marking.

Stage II - Document Verification & Physical Standards Test

In this stage, candidates will have to provide all the documents they were required to upload at the time of registration. The candidate’s physical measurement will be tested by the board.

Stage III - Physical Efficiency Test.

The final stage of the selection process will be the Physical Efficiency Test. In this stage, the candidate’s physical fitness will be tested by the board by making them undergo various tasks.

5. Login with your Id and password which were sent to your email address after the registration.

7. Upload your required documents in required format and size.

8. Pay your application fee according to your category.

9. Download your application form after the final submission and take print out.

EXAM PATTERN

The Prohibition Constable exam will be an objective-type based Offline exam and the examination pattern is as follows:

1- Hindi

2- English

3- Math

4- Social Science

5- Science

6- General Knowledge & Current affairs

Physical Standard Test (PST)

Below mentioned are the required physical standards for the post of Constable. Go through the table carefully—

Note:

Female Candidates should at least weigh 48 kg.

Male Candidates should have a minimum of 5 cm of chest expansion.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

Candidates who clear the Physical Standard Test (PST) will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Candidates have to cover a certain distance in a specific time period, details of which are mentioned below:
