JUNIOR ENGINEER OVERVIEW

The Staff Selection Commission conducts examinations every year for various posts. SSC JE is an open competitive examination for the recruitment of Junior Engineers for various Ministries / Departments / Organization in the government of India.

JUNIOR ENGINEER HOW TO APPLY

  1. Visit the official website of the commission i.e. Click Here
  2. Now, click on “apply online”
  3. Register yourself with required details.
  4. After registration your required details will be sent on your registered email address.
  5. Log in with your registered ID or password in the official portal.
  6. Click on apply and fill your details carefully.
  7. Upload your required documents in needed format and sizes.
  8. Pay your application fee through Net banking.

ADMIT CARD OR HALL TICKET

Before 10 or 15 days of the examination your admit card will be uploaded on the official website of the commission. You can download your Admit Card by following these steps:

  1. Go to the official website i,e. Click Here

  2. Now, click the exam admit card.

  3. Now, enter your registration details such as your registration ID and Password.

  4. Your admit card appears on the screen.

  5. Now download your admit card and take the printout for the further process.

JUNIOR ENGINEER EXAMINATION PATTERN

Examination consists of 2 papers to be conducted by SSC. 

Paper 1

Paper 1 is to be conducted in online mode i.e. objective type questions will be asked.. Examination will be conducted both in Hindi and English.1 mark to be rewarded for every right answer and 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
