CTET RECRUITMENT DECEMBER 2022

CTET is basically an eligibility test. It is one of the most essential qualifications for any person who wants to pursue a career in teaching line. After pursuing a course of B.ed/D.el.ed a candidate has to sit for an exam which is known by the name of CTET. It is basically conducted at two levels. One is at the primary level and the other one is at the secondary level. 

As per the information, the Central Board Of Secondary Education has released a short notice for the 16th edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on 20th October 2022. The CTET will be conducted in CBT (Computer Based Test - Online) mode between December 2022 to January 2023 The exact dates of examination will be mentioned on the admit cards of the candidates. 

The detailed Information Bulletin containing details of the examination, syllabus, languages, eligibility criteria, examination fee, examination cities and important dates will be available on CTET's official website and the aspiring candidates are requested to download the Information Bulletin from the official website

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA OF CBSE CTET

Nationality

Candidates must be an Indian citizen to apply for the examination. 

Age Limit 

To apply for the exam, a candidate must be at least 17 years old. Candidates should be aware that there is no upper age limit for this exam.

Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)

For Paper-II

Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

OR

Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)/B.Ed. (Special Education).

OR

Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)

OR

12th (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)/B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. OR

Any candidate having a qualified B.Ed Programme recognized by the NCTE is eligible to appear in TET/CTET.

  • STEP 1: Log on to CTET's official website Click Here.

  • STEP 2: Go to the link “Apply Online” and open the same.

  • STEP 3: Fill in the Online Application Form and note down Registration No./Application No.

  • STEP 4: Upload Scanned Images of the latest Photograph and Signature

  • STEP 5: Pay the Examination Fee by e-challan or debit/credit card and net banking.

  • STEP 6: Print the Confirmation page for record and future reference.
