Axis Bank launches “House Work is Work” Initiative

India’s third largest private bank, Axis Bank has launched a unique hiring initiative targeting urban educated women who are homemakers.  

• The intent behind this initiative is to give these women the confidence that they are employable, they have skills and they can fit in various job roles in a bank.
