India's Anahat Singh won the Girls Under-15 squash title at one of the most prestigious tournaments of the season, the British Junior Open, in Birmingham, UK.

Delhi's Anahat Singh defeated Egypt's Sohela Hazem 3-1 in the final.
The British Junior Open is held every year in January in the UK where all the best players from around the world compete to win the coveted title.
The win makes Anahat the most successful Indian player in the British Junior Open.
It was her third final in the world's most prestigious squash tournament.
Anahat, who represented India at the Commonwealth Games in August 2022, has reached the finals in all three of her appearances at the British Junior Open.
She has won two gold medals and one silver in three appearances which is the highest medal tally by any Indian in the British Junior Open across all categories.
She has also won the Scottish Junior Open to be held in Edinburgh, Scotland from December 28-30, 2022 in Girls Under-17 categories.
