President Draupadi Murmu, who is the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, presented eight Kirti Chakras including five posthumously and 29 Shaurya Chakras including five posthumously to Armed Forces, Central Armed Police Forces and State/UT personnel in New Delhi on May 9, 2023.
