Service Functionality

  • Through the 'Lab Mitra' portal, patients at government hospitals are registered for laboratory tests based on their doctor’s prescription.

  • The system generates an online report after the test, which is sent as a link via text message to the patient’s phone number.

  • Patients can access their complete lab test reports after four hours at Community Health Centers (CHCs) and after 12 hours at government hospitals.
