PR Sreejesh, the star goalkeeper of the Indian team, and Camila Caram, a defender from the Chile women's side, have been appointed as co-chairs of the International Hockey Federation's (FIH) newly formed Athletes Committee.

• He played a key role in India's gold medal win at the 2014 Asian Games and bronze medal at the 2015 FIH Hockey World League Final.

• Recognized for his achievements, he received the Arjuna Award in 2015 and the Padma Shri in 2017.
