Chief Minister Eknath Shinde recently renamed the Coastal Road in Mumbai to the new name Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj.

• In the memory of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, on his 366th birth anniversary, a grand ceremony was organised for the first time at the Gateway of India.

• As an additional tribute, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde announced plans to install a grand statue of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj along the Coastal Highway.
