Famous Industrialist Rahul Bajaj no more

Noted Industrialist and grandson of  noted Gandhian Jamna Lal Bajaj died at the age of 83 in Mumbai on 12 February 2022.

•  He was the former  chairman of the Bajaj group which included Bajaj Auto, Bajaj Finserv . and Bajaj Holdings & Investment.  Bajaj scooter “Chetak” was once a household name in India.

• He was also a member of the Rajya Sabha from 2006 to 2010.

• Rahul Bajaj was awarded with the third-highest civilian award, Padma Bhushan in 2001.
