Odisha’s first tribal chief minister Hemananda Biswal passed away . He was 82 years old
He was a Congress (I)party leader who was the chief minister of Odisha twice .
The first time he was appointed as CM was from December 7, 1989 to March 3, 1990 and the second time, from December 6, 1999 to March 5, 2000.
